Is this program just about boxing?

No! this program begins with a thorough, boxing conditioning program that is fun and easy to learn, designed to tone and strengthen your entire body. From lesson One, you’ll learn stance & movement, defensive tactics and a simple method of wrapping your hands to protect them during training, which consists of: shadow boxing, jump-rope, focus-mitts and other techniques. As you work through the twice-weekly lessons, you’ll learn the jab, straight right, uppercut and hook, then you will practice them to increase your punching power,speed and accuracy. My step-by-step lesson format guides you through the same drills used by professional boxers “the world’s best conditioned athletes!”

During yogabox® class you’ll learn greater depths of flexibility no matter what your skill level is. Your mental ability to focus and concentrate will also increase. In doing so you will enhance your blood-flow to circulate properly through your body. 

Boxaerobics® will push you to your individual limits! You will learn proper technique, combinations and coordination.  Your concentration level will soar! Stamina rise and drop pounds fast! Free weights are added for that Ripped look!

Jim Eagle

Under the tutelage of the creator of “Boxing The American Martial Art” Jim Eagle began his training in early 2007, learning his craft directly from Michael himself. Moving up the ladder from assistant trainer to head instructor at Michaeltheboxer.  Jim’s prior mentoring experience as well as counseling and ministering helped build his foundation as an instructor.  Mr. Eagle’s specialty is puncher tactics as well as in-fighting.  In addition; he continues to train and study the science of boxing under Michael’s daily guidance.

Jordon Wolfe
Jordon has taught individuals, couples, children, and small group classes for the last two and a half years. He has been training intensely with Michael for over three years. In addition, has an extensive background in sports, yoga, weight-training, health, and nutrition. When not inside the ring he works as a psychotherapist and a men’s group leader at Holistic Therapy Center in San Francisco.
